The LEED Accredited Professional

LEED AP(Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional) 가 되기 위해서는 LEED EXAM을 통과해야합니다.
USGBC에 등록을 한 후 공인된 기관에서 시험을 치루면 자동으로 결과가 USGBC에 보고가 되며 LEED AP의 자격이 부여됩니다.

- LEED 시험을 보기위한 필요한 자료들
1. LEED Reference book : 400page 분량으로 시험의 모든 것이 담겨져 있고 가장 기본이 됩니다.
2. LEED Rating system : 약 80page 분량으로 LEED 프로젝트로 인정되기 위해서 충족시켜야 되는 사항을 분야, credit 그리고, point로 나누어 정리한 책
3. colorado Study Guide : LEED Reference book 이외에 기본적으로 알아야 되는 사항들과 시험 예상문제를 포함하는 책.
4. USGBC 웹사이트인 http://www.usgbc.org/에 있는 모든 사항들.

- 시험치를 요령
직장다니시는 분은 일주일에 10시간씩 두달만 공부하시면 충분히 pass 하실 수 있다고 생각합니다.
먼저 가볍게 LEED Reference book을 처음부터 끝까지 정독을 권합니다. 처음 나오는 overview를 시작해서 그 credit의 intent, requirements 그리고 potential technologies and strategies, Appoach and implementation, calculations, exemplary performance, submittal documentation, considerations, economic issues 마지막으로 definition을 가볍게 읽어주세요.
그 다음 LEED Rating system을 보면서 credit의 intent, requirements 를 외워야 합니다. 해당 credit의 제목을 보면 바로 그 credit에 해당하는 intent와 requirement를 기억 할 수 있어야 합니다. 외우시면서 각각의 credit의 상관관계를 LEED Reference book을 기본으로 연결해 보는 것도 필요합니다.
그 다음으로 Colorado study guide를 보시면서 LEED 의 Certification process를 공부하세요.
마지막으로 Colorado study guide 뒷쪽에 있는 예상문제와 시중에 판매되는 다른 종류의 문제들로 단련하시면 됩니다.
